MissYucki participated in “Youth (an inner reflection)” – three dimensional art from Mozambique, Zimbabwe and South Africa-Art manifestation in Mozambique, January / February 2008.

We created a giant MissYucki doll and two mean looking muti monsters for this show. And when we say GIANT we mean giant… well shes the biggest one weve made so far… her head is so huge shes not going to have any self esteem issues. Alba and Loren, our patternmaking specialist, worked for hours stitching up this extravaganza, and Kat is completed the painting. Shes our little “love child”… You can check out a small photoshoot of her in the Photo Album Section.

The show will also hopefully travel through Europe.

Unfortunately our MissYucki doll didnt travel too well it would appear that the train ride form Johannesburg to Mozambique was a bit too much for her. Oh well. Shes up, if a little dusty and bruised…we hope she survives out there…
