MissYucki ships worldwide. We ship within 2 weeks of order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping discounts are available for
Yucki fans located in the same country as MissYucki. If your country's flag appears alongside the product you want, you should click on the flag instead of the Add to Cart Button! The prices shown below the images in the Shop do not include shipping costs, these will be added on Check out. The only available methods of payment are those listed in the Payment section. Buyers located in South Africa, should register their credit cards with Paypal prior to checkout, as Paypal does not accept direct credit card transactions from South Africa, please read more in the Payment section. MissYucki can not be held responsible for cash, stamps, checks, or other similar means of payment sent though the mail. Receipts will be mailed electronically, and you will receive a hardcopy with your package. Should the item you order be out of stock, MissYucki will notify you immediately and you will be reimbursed in full.

Shipping
After your payment has been registered it generally takes 2 weeks for your order to be sent. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for the parcel to reach you. All packages are registered, but not insured. If your item does not arrive in the time indicated above please contact us, and we will endevour to track it down or reimburse you. MissYucki is not responsible for extra customs charges or tax fees, payable by the buyer upon recieving the order.
Payment
You can choose between the following payment methods:
Credit Card, via PayPal or Paypal Payment in advance to MissYucki's Paypal account. If you have paypal as payment method you are automatically taken to the paypal website, where you can make a credit card payment quickly and securely. The payment is registered immediately. It is also possible to transfer funds from your bank account to your paypal account.
At the moment Paypal only accepts direct credit card payments(without being registered with Paypal) from these countries:

Customers who wish to use their credit cards from a country other than the ones mentioned above, have to register with paypal prior to making a purchase from MissYucki. Existing PayPal customers should log in to send your payment. New PayPal customers should enter your payment information to create a
PayPal account and complete the transaction.
South Africans, who wish to buy from MissYucki need to proceed to Paypal, register your credit card and shipping information, before proceeding to checkout. Paypal is "The safer, easier way to pay without exposing your credit card number". The process of verifying your credit card can take up to 4 days, however you only have to register once. Returns
You can return your order 14 days after arrival, if your order has been damaged during shipping. If the individual product is in any kind of packaging this this has to be returned too. When returning products according to this paragraph, the full product price is refunded, but the customer pays all shipping costs. The customer has to verify a return with MissYucki via email, and state the reason for wanting to return item.
Damaged Articles
Every article is controlled before it is sent. If anything is damaged upon arrival, and it is obvious it did not occur in the shipping process, or if you receive other goods than what you ordered, MissYucki will of course replace the product(s) without charge. If this is not possible, for example if it concerns a unique, once-off item, the item and associated costs will instead be refunded. However, it is important that you correctly report damages. Visible damages should be reported immediately upon receiving the parcel. Hidden damages should be reported within 3 days after receiving the products.
All items are described as well as possible, so please read the product descriptions, by clicking on the images, before ordering! MissYucki often uses vintage handbags for her Yucki Packets so they can not always be in perfect condition, and damage returns are not accepted if the products are correctly described in the product description.
Always send an email to missyucki@missyucki.com before you return anything as damaged.
Please note that customs or tax fees, payed by the buyer upon recieving the order, will not be refunded.
Privacy
MissYucki is not responsible for personal data stored by Paypal while purchasing from the MissYucki Shop. Please read the Paypal Privacy Policy for more information.
Abuse
Any attempts on fraud or sabotage will be reported to the concerned authorities. MissYucki has the right to cancel an order if such abuse is suspected.
Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us via email for cancellations at missyucki@missyucki.com
